FOOD HYGIENE RATING_

We are super happy to confirm we have a 5* Hygiene Rating from Wandsworth Council - you can find our rating on the official
Food Standards Agency website here.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION_

Our products (except for our Biscoff range) are gluten free, and our Chocolate Pots have certification to confirm gluten free status. Allergens for our products include eggs, dairy products, soybeans and sulphates as standard allergens, unless you order our vegan range which will include soybeans and sulphates as allergens.
We do not use any active nut ingredients, however please note we operate out of a shared, commercial kitchen where all 14 allergens are present, however we take exceptional care to ensure minimal risk of contamination.

We can put any picture/logo you desire onto a Brownie! Check out our Bespoke branded Brownies here so you can get an idea of what this could look like. You can send us more info here about your order/ideas.

HOW LONG WILL MY BROWNIES STAY FRESH_

Our Brownies and Brownie Pie’s stay fresh for 7 days at ambient (room) temperature, or 10 days in the fridge. Our Chocolate Pots will stay fresh for 7 days, and should be kept chilled in the fridge. All products can be frozen for up to 3 months - just make a note of the date you freeze them!

ARE YOU ON DELIVEROO_

We are not currently on any delivery platforms, we may revisit this in the future!

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED_

We use a variety of different service providers for delivery across the UK. We use Royal Mail (First Class 1-2 Business Days), DPD Nexy Day Before 12:00, Packfleet Next Day and our own direct courier service for larger orders.

WHERE IS YOUR KITCHEN_
We have our Central Production Kitchen based in Mission Kitchen in The Food Exchange, Nine Elms.
