From cooking Brownies in her Mum’s kitchen in Elephant & Castle to growing the business with clients such as Honest Burgers, Getir, WeWork the sky is the limit.

Frankie is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business - planning to dominate the dessert industry!

Luisa is the Head Chef at Frankie’s Brownies. From being creative with our menu, producing the delicious Brownies that you all love, and keeping us all super organised - we couldn’t manage without Luisa!
